Homeland Swinford scoops award for Best DIY & Agri Store of the Year

Following hundreds of entries, Retail Excellence Ireland awarded the best in class winners in key retail sector groups, with Aurivo’s Homeland, Swinford scooping the title of Best DIY & Agri Store 2016.

Commenting on the achievement, Homeland Swinford store manager, Lisa Doocey said: “I’m delighted that our Homeland store in Swinford has been recognised by Retail Excellence Ireland for being the Best DIY and Agri Store in Ireland, which demonstrates the extremely high standards that Homeland now offers throughout all our stores. We strive to deliver the best shopping experience possible for our both our farming and non-farming customers and this award is testament to our extensive product offering and excellent customer service”.

The Awards were co-presented last weekend by RTE’s Hector Ó hEochagáin and Evanne Ni Chuilinn, which was attended by more than 500 representatives of the retail industry in Ireland. The Awards are the biggest event in the Irish retail industry calendar.
