Sow between February - April on a warm window sill or propagator by thinly sowing the seed on top of moist compost.
Cover with cling film until the seedlings emerge keep the compost moist.
When the seedlings are large enough to handle transplant 5cm apart into trays or into small pots to grow on.
Gradually harden off the plants before planting out after all risk of frost has passed.
